Are you looking to host an event in one of Conway's many parks? Whether it's a community gathering, a corporate outing, or a special celebration, our parks provide the perfect backdrop. All events require approval, so please complete the application form and send it to Tyler via email at Tyler.Whitmire@conwayarkansas.gov. We will review your application and notify you of your event's status promptly.

For schools planning field trips, please email Elizabeth directly at Elizabeth.Hildebrand@conwayarkansas.gov. No separate application is required for birthday parties or family reunions at pavilions. You can reserve them directly here.
